From my experiences in meditation to extensive research on how diet and nutrition affect quality of life, I have spent the last 10 years on my journey learning about healing the body as a whole. During this time, I've traveled to Costa Rica, Greece, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong and Macau to learn of the many peaceful cultures around the world and how they pursued health and healing. I have also studied Yoga and have teacher training certificates in multiple styles.

As an athlete who has raced Mt Bikes & Motorcycles, Golden Gloves Boxing, training in Mixed Martial Arts as well as just completing my first ½ Marathon, I understand how important having a healthy body is. All these experiences along with my Massage have helped me get where I am.

This has been a long and exciting journey…one in which I could not have
accomplished without support. This support I pass on to you. Your wellbeing is of
the utmost importance to me and I will be giving you the best quality work available combining Yoga, Massage, Fitness and Nutrition. I develop programs tailored to fit your needs and we will adapt it as your body demands. My goal is to guide you into realizing your body's potential.

Your greatest asset is your body. It is the vehicle of our human experience. When
our body is feeling good and functioning well it makes the rest of the things we do
better. From casual or competitive sports, your relationships, or your daily work,
your body being healthy enhances your quality of life.
