Directions to The Tabor Hill Clinic
The clinic is located on the west side of Mt. Tabor in S.E. Portland on 50th Ave. between Hawthorne Ave and Division St. The clinic is in a white and blue house on the corner of S.E. Harrison and 50th Ave. We are located exactly one block north of S.E. Lincoln Ave. and 3-4 blocks south of Hawthorne Ave. on the east side of the street.
Directions from downtown Portland
Take the Hawthorne bridge and go all the way up to 50th Ave. and turn right. Go down 3-4 blocks (one block before the light at Lincoln) turn left onto the dead end street and you can usually park right next to the clinic.
Directions from I-5 North (from South)
Take the Ross Island Bridge onto Powell Bvld. (also known as Hwy 26). Take Powell Blvd all the way up to 50th Ave. and turn left. The next light you will come to is Division and 50th. Go thru the light and the very next light is Lincoln. Go less than one block down on the right side and you will be directly in front of the clinic.
Directions from I-5 South (from North)
As you approach the Rose Quarter basketball arena keep to the right side. Exit onto 84 east out to troutdale. Get off at the 2nd exit 39th St. Upon exiting, turn right and go down about 3-4 miles past burnside and Stark St. Upon coming up on the big Fred Meyer’s on the right get in the left turn lane. You will be making a left turn at the light which will be Hawthorne Ave. There will be a Jiffy Lube on the left and a Washington Mutual Bank across the street and to the left. Go down to 50th Ave. and turn right at the light. Go down 3-4 blocks and the clinic will be on the left side one block before the light at Lincoln.
Directions from Vancouver, WA
Take the 205 bridge and exit at S.E. Division St. Turn right onto Division and go down past Mt. Tabor Park on your right all the way to 50th Ave. Turn right and go down past the light at Lincoln. Go less than one block down on the right side and you will be directly in front of the clinic.
Directions from Clackamas
Get off at the Division St. exit and go west (left). Follow the directions as above from Vancouver.
